Comprehensive Will for an unmarried person (pair)
These Wills are suitable for unmarried couples (or those not in a civil partnership) where each partner wishes to complete a Will. Note that buying this document will provide you with two separate Will questionnaires, one for each partner, that can be completed with different beneficiaries and gifts.

For example, it lets you specify who should inherit belongings and property, and how your money should be distributed. You can also name a guardian for any children under the age of 18 and appoint up to four executors – people who will be responsible for implementing your instructions in your Will and for the administration of your estate.

This includes those who've divorced or had their civil partnership dissolved, those whose spouse or civil partner has died, and those who've never been married or in a civil partnership. Use it if you're single or in a relationship.

You will be able to leave the remainder of your estate after making gifts to as many people as you like, either in equal shares or in varying percentages. You can also vary how you would like to leave the remainder of your estate, make provisions for the care of pets and appoint guardians for any children.

A letter of wishes is an informal letter addressed to your executors or to the trustees of any trust created by your Will. It is used to tell them what you would like to happen following your death. Unlike your Will, the letter of wishes does not become publicly available when you die. It can be used to help or guide your executors or trustees on pretty much anything you wish. It does not interfere with or restrict the discretion of the executors or trustees in any way.
