Insurance and registration
If you employ anyone, you must comply with the Employers' Liability (Compulsory) Insurance Regulations 1998 (or, in Northern Ireland, the Employers' Liability (Compulsory) Insurance Regulations Northern Ireland 1999 (as amended)) and either display copies of your Certificate of Insurance at each of your places of business, or ensure that all employees can reasonably access an electronic copy.
